  • Total Qty Needed
  • Sizes that will be needed (this helps us know if there are YM to 6X for design purposes)
    • Note any sizes smaller than YM will require a completely different set of screens and setup. Please discuss with CSR.
  • (Have sizes? Great we are happy to get those on order while the art process starts)
  • # of Imprint Locations (Left Chest / Tag Back / L or R Sleeve)
  • Have your Logo, Design, or Idea (Vector File Prefered) Any information you have helps us provide a quote and speeds up the process.
